ORDERING
Ready-to-ship bags and select custom order package listings are available in our online shop at Etsy. For other custom orders, please contact us at DSBshop98@gmail.com

PAYMENT
 Payment is due at time of purchase, including for custom-made bags. Florida residents pay 5% sales tax (unless we have a resale license for you on file.)

We accept credit cards and Paypal through our online shop at Etsy.  For custom orders for special sizes, quantities, or fabrics, we can either place a private listing for you on Etsy or send you an invoice directly through PayPal. Please note that payments made by e-check will be held for clearance (usually 3-5 business days) before packages are shipped out or work begins on custom orders.

SHIPPING
We usually use USPS first class mail. For very large orders, we may use other shipping methods.  Due to the nature of custom orders, overnight or priority  shipping is not available.

When ordering multiple items from our Etsy shop, especially if being shipped outside of the USA, the shopping cart will automatically charge flat rates for additional items that can rack up quickly! It's our policy to issue refunds for excessive shipping charges once packages are shipped. (Or, if you prefer, just send us a message before ordering and we'll combine the items into a reserved listing for you with proper shipping charges.)

PROCESSING TIME
We generally ship out ready-made items within 3 business days of receiving the order.

For custom orders, the processing time is approx. 2-3 weeks before the bags are ready to ship. Larger orders may take longer, and we'll let you know if the lead time is expected to exceed 3 weeks. (we also tend to get very busy from October-December and you may experience some delays then too.)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
IN-STOCK ITEMS: We will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for in-stock ("ready-to-ship") items that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange for returns. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning merchandise.
Due to the limited quantity of many of our in-stock products, we usually cannot offer exchanges. It never hurts to ask though.

CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no refunds or exchanges for custom made-to-order bags unless there was an error on our part. (For example, you ordered 200 red bags and we sent you blue ones.) Please ask any questions prior to placing a custom order. We'll be happy to work with you on figuring out the best size and fabric to suit your needs, but once the fabric for your custom bags has been ordered we cannot cancel or make changes to it.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 6 hours of being placed. Once we begin processing a custom order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

Most of the price of our custom-made bags goes toward the fabric we purchase to make them, which we can't return once it has been cut from the bolt. We encourage our customers to communicate with us to make sure they know exactly what they are getting before placing a large custom order.

UNCOMMON PROBLEMS
It doesn't happen very often, but once in a while our fabric supplier will run out of a particular color of fabric and we won't know about it until we place the order. If the fabric color you've selected is unavailable, we'll let you know and you can choose to either cancel your order or select another fabric color option. We do not backorder.
